Time & Leisure's Fashion Night Out created a huge buzz at Warren House as celebrities arrived for the designer catwalk show.
The glamorous guests were snapped on arrival and enjoyed a sparkling champagne reception with some designer shopping before taking their seats for the catwalk show with celebrities; author Lynda La Plante, England Rugby player Danny Cipriani, champion boxer John Conteh, Strictly Come Dancing star Ray Fearon and the show introduced by actress Haydn Gwynne.
The runway was filled with colour as the stunning models wearing DKNY cozies filled the ballroom and adjoining rooms. The new spring summer collection by Nicole Farhi had a distinctive 80s flair with new season colours of peach, green and orange. Sensational chic from Max Mara preceeded Diane Von Furstenburg's iconic collection. Creating a drama, Paul Costelloe's catwalk collection as seen at London Fashion Week made a statement with punchy pinks, tailored waists, puff ball skirts and pleated details.
The stars of the show, London Wasps Rugby players strutted their stuff in Raging Bull leisure wear, squeezing into well fitted t-shirts, cargo shorts and sweatshirts creating a buzz of excitement. LK Bennett's new season collection created a flutter of elegant daywear with an array of shoes to match every outfit. The Feather & Stitch buyers had been working hard in NYC to carefully select labels for the UK audience to creating an inspirational scene.
All eyes were on the catwalk for the Rigby & Peller scene as the girls modeled fifties inspired lingerie accompanied by Wasp's Dominic Waldock and Rob Webber modeling Calvin Kleins from Elys, generating whoops from the audience before the grand finale. Models adorned in the sensationally sparkly dresses by Chrisanne as seen on Strictly Come Dancing, were partnered by the Wasps players wearing Dressed to Kill formal wear suits treating the audience to some strictly moves.
The evening in aid of Alzheimer's Society finished with a charity auction and raffle held by John Conteh and ex-England rugby player Chris Sheasby, providing huge entertainment, energy and enthusiasm to raise over £5000.
