Indian Head Massage

Indian Head massage is a relaxing therapy based on the ancient Ayurvedic system, it is a complete relaxation and de-stress treatment which fits perfectly with today’s hectic lifestyle. It can benefit not only the muscles, but revitalise the skin and hair. It uses pressure points that release stale energy and tension; this balances the energy throughout the body leaving you feeling calm and refreshed, and de-stressed.

Helpful in relieving many or the stresses and strains we build up in our daily lives. The treatment can be adjusted to concentrate on specific problem areas or for the body as a whole.

Sports Massage

Stone massage

Stone massage is a therapy that uses hot and cold stones. The therapist uses his hands to transfer the hot or cold from the stone to the client’s body. When the client is used to the temperature, the therapist use the stone to massage with. The application of warmed and cooled river rocks, combined with manual massage, provides a deeply relaxing, therapeutic experience.
