Wimbledon Nannies provide nannies, mother’s helps, housekeepers, full and part-time, temporary or permanent as well as a babysitting service.Wimbledon Nannies strives to provide a consistently professional service to both parents and nannies alike. It is extremely important to us that both parties are happy with a placement and therefore we will never put pressure on the candidate to take a job or a family to take a candidate they are not sure about. We try and achieve this by treating both nannies and clients equally and listening to their requirements as close as possible. We try and stay in regular contact to keep families and nannies up to date, provide appropriate and sufficient information about the candidate to the family and about the post to the candidate. All childcare applicants have to have either a formal childcare qualification or a minimum of two years relevant experience as well as checkable references. All housekeeper applicants must have a minimum of two years relevant experience and checkable references. All applicants are interviewed personally and at least two references are checked before we submit their details to a prospective employer. We can also arrange for CRB checks to be carried out and can give advice on general employment matters, as required. Map |
