Aztec Super Balls

These Aztec Super Balls are gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free – the perfect healthy snack to prepare in advance and eat on the go.

Ingredients (makes about 20 balls)

1 chilli, finely chopped
Zest of one orange
3 drops of orange essence oil
½ cup of incan berries
½ cup of goji berries
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
1 cup of ground almonds
1 cup of carob powder
1 cup maple syrup
1 cup melted coconut oil

Method

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Then roll them into balls and place in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
Will keep for 3 days in the fridge.
