11am on the first morning of the first Festival was amazing, seeing the whole thing come together, with all of the stalls and people, I couldn’t believe we’d pulled it off! It still amazes me every year.

St.John’s Hill FestivalWhat kind of people visit the Festival?

All kinds of happy people.

What is your favourite part of the day?

Seeing all the fellow traders coming together, and when the sun comes out (it shines on the Festival every year)!

Champagne & oysters at FishClub of course!

Your best fish joke.

Oh, for Cod’s sake.
