1. Shooting Star

Try this delicious cocktail from the bar team at 144 On the Hill in Richmond

Christmas Cocktails Recipe

Ingredients:
• 50ml Napoleon French brandy
• 20ml fresh lemon juice
• 30ml fresh egg white
• 17.5ml sugar syrup
• 25ml fresh orange juice
• Edible glitter stars for decoration

Method:
Mix all of the liquid ingredients together in a cocktail shaker, and shake without ice. Then, add ice cubes to the liquid and shake again.
Take a short glass, and pour your mixture through a cocktail lid and a sieve for a double strained effect.
Top your cocktail with decorative edible stars and serve!

2. Hedgerow Martini

A classic with a twist. (pictured top)

Ingredients:

50ml Warner’s Sloe Gin

10ml Crème de mure

20ml Lemon juice

4 fresh raspberries

Glassware: Coupette.

Method: Shake all ingredients together and pour into coupette glass.

3. Mistletoe Martini

From Wimbledon’s Bar and Block

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Absolut Vanilla
  • 15ml Chambord
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml blackberry puree
  • blackberries to garnish
  • 50ml prosecco

Method:
Start with ice in your chosen serving glass. In a shaker, add Absolut Vanilla, Chambord, Puree and Pineapple juice with ice. Shake to chill and combine. Remove ice from glass and then strain contents into glass. Add Blackberry on a Cocktail stick on top. Serve with a shot of Prosecco on the side.
