Easy (but impressive) classic cocktail recipes for a summer party

Deadalus from Flemings Hotel
Ingredients:
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 5 Basil leaves
- 5 White grapes
- Top up with Sauvignon Blanc
Method:
- In a shaker, muddle five white grapes and then add five basil leaves
- Add 25ml of English Chase Gin, 25ml of lemon juice and 10ml of sugar syrup
- Shake it well, double strain in a cocktail glass with three ice cubes and top up with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc

Ingredients:
- 30ml Plymouth sloe gin
- 30ml Crème de Rose
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- 15ml Lime juice
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake
- Fine strain and pour into a Martini glass
- Garnish with a gold butterfly

Chaos on the River from Bokan
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Campari
- 25 ml Orgeat Syrup
- 25 ml fresh lemon juice
Method:
- Pour all the ingredients into the shaker
- Add ice cubes to a coupette glass
- Shake and double strain
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange zest

601 Queen’s Rd’s mango spritz
Ingredients:
- 50ml White Port
- 50ml house made mango puree
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 25ml soda
Method:
- Shake and strain the port, mango puree and lemon juice
- Pour into a large wine glass
- Add 25ml soda and stir
- Top with ice and garnish with mango wedge
