Valentine’s dinner and show spectacular – Gatsby with Love
This lavish Valentine’s Day celebration at the London Cabaret Club takes its inspiration from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s book, The Great Gatsby and transports guests back in time to 1920s America in the grip of the boom, with plenty of Gatsby-esque glamour to have you swooning. Expect a magical night of free-flowing booze, dancing and flappers.

Valentine’s at Belgian Brasserie
Enjoy a candlelit dinner with live jazz music from guitarist and vocalist, Michael Howard, at Merton’s Belgian Brasserie. There will be a crafts table for the two of you to create your own souvenir to mark the date and special cocktails will be served, plus a delicious crepe and waffle menu to pick from on the night.

Valentine’s at Fest, Camden
Fest Camden will be putting on a whole spectacle of romantic events across the Valentine’s weekend, including Camden Rooftop Cinema, Cupid’s Cabaret and a special Motown supper. The special screenings include classic rom-coms, When Harry Met Sally and Dirty Dancing, and will have its own fully stocked bar. The Birdcage Cabaret Club will be decked out in classy romantic décor to host drag legend, Ruby Murry, on Valentine’s Day itself. Meanwhile, Fest Camden will be celebrating all things Motwon with a swinging sixties dining experience and a selection of great food. On the 15th, Fest will be putting on a tribute to Amy Winehouse from 10pm.

Cinnamon Kitchen, Battersea
Cinnamon Kitchen has teamed up with Thames Clippers to offer couples the opportunity to set sail for their supper. Couples will climb aboard at any one of the 22 London piers and be whisked away in style, disembarking at Battersea Power Station and Cinnamon Kitchen’s doorstep at which point diners will be greeted by a Velvet Rain cocktail and four-course feast of East-meets-West dishes from renowned Indian chef Vivek Singh.

Valentine’s Day Gala
This Valentine’s Day, enjoy an evening of romantic classical music in a splendid setting in central London’s Southbank Centre, right on the river Thames. There will be performances from The Philharmonic, with music from Verdi, Bizet, Tchaikovsky and Mascagni. There will also be a special performance of Debussy’s shimmering Clair de Lune for a moment of calm.
Valentine’s food and film night at The Lightbox
Following on from last year’s sell-out Valentine’s event, The Lightbox will be inviting couples to partake in a romantic evening of film and food. The venue will be screening the Hollywood classic and all-time romance film, Casablanca, in their Ambassador Room. Romance in the sky at the Millbank Tower
The London Sky Bar at the Millbank tower are offering ‘Romance in the Sky’ packages for couples looking to share something unique. Guests will be taken up to the lounge bar which boasts fabulous panoramic views of the city’s staggering horizon at night. Following a Champagne cocktail, couples will then sit down to a five-course dinner especially prepared with the finest organic seasonal ingredients. Dishes include Chicken and Ham Hock Terrine served with Pickled Baby Vegetables on Toasted Brioche, Wild Mushroom and Truffle Pithivie, and finishing with an incredible selection of White Chocolate, Raspberry and Lemon Choux Buns to share.

Romance at The Giggling Squid
The Giggling Squid will be spreading the love this coming Valentine’s Day with a week devoted to the big day. The restaurant will be giving each and every diner a glass of complimentary Prosecco for those that quote #gigglinglove. The usual menu of explosive Thai flavours will be on offer to guests, with favourites including a traditional and exotic green curry with hake, and a delicious beef and oyster sauce dish.

Chelsea’s Bluebird will be opening its doors so you can indulge the one you love with a specially curated evening. There will be a four-course dinner on offer to guests, created by the Executive Head Chef Simon Gregory. Food on offer includes foie gras and smoked duck terrine, lobster and crab tortellini and the ultimate shortbread millionaire’s tart.

Valentine’s Menu at Hotel du Vin
Wimbledon’s Hotel du Vin has released a special four-course sharing menu, perfect for a romantic occasion this Valentine’s. The venue is a cosy bistro where tables will be lit with romantic low lighting and bedecked with flickering candles. The menu includes sharing plates which include garlic scallops and tiger prawns, 500g chateaubriand served with pommes frites, plus a baked apple and pear tarte tatin. There is also an extensive wine menu for you to pick from and three courses with Champagne, each costing £99 per couple.
