French patisserie favourite PAUL Bakery have crafted a stunning ‘You & Me Bundle’, featuring two heart-shaped cakes (Craquant and Fraisier) and a box of 12 mini macarons. Michelin-Star Dining

Tuck into an indulgent 7 course menu, including a beautiful hand-illustrated candle to recreate Sorrel 2021. Rosemary brioche, soup enriched with egg yolk, and a succulent short rib of beef marinated in red wine for 24hrs and cooked for another 5, accompanied by a parsley gremolata to give a herby acidity. The Perfect Night in with Petersham Nurseries

Relish a starter of fresh tagliatelle with tema artichoke, anchovy, chilli and garlic pangrattato before a choice of Haye Farm Porchetta rolled with winter garden herbs or delica pumpkin, chard and goat’s cheese pithivier. Both are accompanied by sides of braised endive and radicchio with sultanas, lilliput capers, Taggiasca olives and pine nuts and cavolo nero, ready to be dressed with Zisola olive oil and Amalfi lemon dressing. Currently closed to guests, chefs at riverside haven The Mitre are utilising their newly renovated kitchen spaces to offer up a delicious Valentine’s Day Offering. The hamper includes; surf and turf with a rib of beef and grilled lobster; hasselback potatoes with parsley and lemon; watercress salad; tuna sashimi; and tarte tatin with vanilla bean cream.
