Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Surrey…

Black Tie Dinner and Dance at Epsom Downs Racecourse 

Throughout the year, Epsom Downs Racecourse attracts thousands of revellers with a variety of fantastic events and New Year’s Eve is no exception. For those looking to get glammed-up, the Black Tie Dinner and Dance Party is the event for you. Guests can expect a glass of fizz on arrival, a three-course dinner with wine and a disco until 1.00am. With a glittering view of London’s skyline, this promises to be an elegant way to bring in the New Year. Tickets cost £95.

New Year’s Eve at The Mandolay Hotel, Guildford

For a celebatory evening which is kinder on the wallet, the New Year’s Eve event at The Mandolay Hotel is a decent alternative to more pricey venues. Tickets start from £15 per person which includes a glass of bubbly at midnight. For £29.95, the hotel is also offering a buffet dinner before their resident DJ plays tunes all the way into 2020!

Party Night – New Year’s Eve Celebration at Denbies Wine Estate, Dorking 

One of the largest vineyards in England, there shouldn’t be any shortage of fine wines at Denbie’s New Year’s Eve party. Denbies Wine Estate will be hosting a classy evening with drinks and canapés on arrival followed up by a four-course meal. Throughout the evening a vocalist will be performing, followed by a DJ and disco. £98.

The Kings Rock and Roll Club, Kingsmeadow, Kingston 

Jumping back in time to the 1950’s, this night should bring a sense of nostalgia to partygoers as we enter a new decade. The Rock ‘n’ Roll  New Year’s party involves live music with several live bands until 2am. With the £20 ticket prices also including a buffet, this rock party next door to the Kingsmeadow stadium should be a fun and relaxed night.

New Year’s Eve at Kingswood Golf & Country Club, Kingswood 

Overlooking Chipstead Valley, this New Year’s party situated at the Kingswood Golf & Country club looks set to be a elegant affair. The itinerary for the evening includes reception drinks, a three-course meal, and a firework display at the end of the party. Tickets cost £102 per person.

The Windsor Castle, Carshalton

For those looking for a traditional pub with live music and a good crowd, The Windsor Castle in Carshalton is offering a classic rock party this New Year. Asylum Affair will be covering rock classics throughout the evening where you can expect to hear top crowd-pleasing hits including Fleetwood Mac, Kings of Leon and Guns N’ Roses. £10.

New Year’s Eve at The Queen Adelaide, Putney

Step back in time for New Year as The Queen Adelaide in Putney will be going back to the 1920’s with a themed party.  At £50 per person, the Putney pub will also be offering a five-course sit down meal before guests can dance the night away to a swing band.

Octoberfest Pub Bavarian Party, Fulham

The Octoberfest Pub is offering a taste of Bavaria with its New Year’s event. With help from the live German Oompah band, the pub will be putting on an immense Oktoberfest beer hall for the night. With tickets available currently at only £10 as well as ice-cold beers throughout the evening and into the early hours of the morning, this is one party which won’t disappoint. 

New Year’s Eve Ball at Evolution, Battersea

Evolution in Battersea is aiming to take partygoers across the pond in their New York themed celebrations. Starting at £190 per person, the guests will enjoy a four-course banquet meal, unlimited drinks, entertainment including a casino and funfair, and live streaming of London’s famous firework display. They’re even providing a free shuttle buses back to London Victoria where trains will be running throughout the night.

New Year’s Eve Stand-up Comedy, Clapham 

An entertaining alternative night out in South West London can be discovered at Comedy Carnival in Clapham. The New Year’s Eve comedy show will be featuring stand-up comedians from shows such as Mock the Week and Live at the Apollo. Tickets start at £20 for those who just want to see the comedy show but for those also looking to boogie their way into the early hours of the morning, you can party until 4am at the night club, too, for an extra £10.

The Old Frizzle, Wimbledon

Located in the heart of Wimbledon, The Old Frizzle will also be hosting a 1920’s themed evening with its speakeasy New Year’s Eve party. Between 6pm and 9pm the pub will be offering a two-course meal for £20, or a three-course meal for £5 extra. In addition, guests can add one and a half hours of bottomless free flowing fizz for £16. A DJ will be playing tunes until 2am.
