This year, Wandsworth Arts Fringe will be back with a bang from 7-23 June, celebrating the best of creativity in the borough, bringing together hundreds of creatives in a fabulous line-up of theatre, comedy, concerts, art exhibitions, performance art and so much more.
WAF welcomes its first cohort of Associate Producers in a new initiative designed to bring new artists into the borough and attract new audiences, support emerging talent, and build relationships with Wandsworth communities and venues. Each Associate Producer brings with them a network of exciting artists new to WAF and a fresh fringe programme of performances across theatre, comedy, and cabaret.
Award-winning variety artiste, cabaret star and magician Ada Campe, presents her trademark flights of fancy and interactive titting about in a brand-new show Big Duck Energy at the Bedford on 16 June. Ada, the alter ego of academic Naomi Paxton, has been described as ‘genius’ by Sandi Toksvig and an ‘unhinged supervillain’ by Diva magazine.
Have you ever felt down? Like you’re swimming upstream? Like life isn’t all its quacked up to be? You’re not alone! Join Ada Campe for a few flights of fancy, a deep dive into some serious silliness, and a show about hope, heartbreak, and finding your happy place.
