BBQ Indian Lamb Chop Recipe from Benares, Mayfair
Recreate the Benares restaurant experience at home with this succulent, spiced Indian Lamb Chop recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 Lamb cutlets
- 20g Dutch red chillies and piquillo pepper paste
- 20g Ginger
- 20g Garlic paste
- 15ml Oil
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 7g Papaya paste
- 15g Roasted gram flour
- 5g Garam masala
- 5g Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 3g Turmeric powder
- 3g Salt
- 3g Chaat masala
Method:
- Make a paste with marinade ingredients and mix with the lamb cutlets.
- Marinate the lamb for at least two hours.
- Cook the lamb chops on the barbecue for 2-3 mins each side.
- Rest the meat and baste with butter and chaat masala before serving
