Business Masterclass Series: Building Workplace Wellbeing

Join the exclusive Business Masterclass Series and gain tangible solutions to tackle pressing business challenges, starting with recruitment, retention, and resource planning for small businesses.

Love Wimbledon and Merton Chamber of Commerce are offering an exclusive masterclass series for businesses to learn and engage with tangible solutions to address pressing business challenges. This series will feature world-class speakers and local experts who will provide their insights on how to navigate various issues and opportunities that businesses are facing today. The second Business Masterclass of 2023 will focus on recruitment, retention, and resource planning for businesses. With many businesses struggling to recruit and retain the right people, and with the uncertainty that the post-pandemic world brings, this event will provide a detailed look at what today’s workforce is looking for from their employers. The event will feature expert speakers who will discuss the latest employment law legislation, how business leaders can maintain a positive relationship with their employees, and provide innovative solutions to help organizations find, inspire, and attract talent.

The event is designed for small businesses that do not have an HR department but need to know best practices, businesses looking for new ways to find or retain the right talent, and those wanting to stay up to date on the latest legislation that affects employee wellbeing.

Craig Hurring, Chief Executive of Love Wimbledon says “Businesses told us that recruitment, retention and employee wellbeing are among the biggest challenges they are currently facing. This new Masterclass is your chance to hear from and question leading business experts in these fast-evolving fields to ensure your organisation attracts and retains tomorrow’s successful workforce.”

The ticket price includes a networking breakfast at The Wimbledon Club, and the event is brought to you in partnership with Love Wimbledon, with funding from the London Borough of Merton at a special subsidised rate.

The first masterclass was a huge success with positive feedback from across sectors:
