Join in for a three-day event of talks, classes, and demonstrations alongside special exhibits with over 50 stands of artists selling their work directly to visitors.
A new biannual arts festival called Paper Ink Print will take place at the Landmark Arts Centre from 17 to 19 March 2023. The festival is a celebration of printmaking in all its forms, and the visual curator of the Landmark, Abigail Thomas, is excited to bring together the talent from the printmaking community to share their passion and knowledge. The event will have diverse workshops, talks, and demos, and the creative space to showcase large-scale artworks, some of which have never been exhibited.
The festival will feature over 50 exhibitors selling their artwork, including Alice Lucy Art, Anna Walsh, Flora McLachlan, and Joan Higgins, among many others. The event will also feature several classes that visitors can participate in. The class program includes drypoint printmaking, gel plate monoprinting, stencil screen printing, notebook bindings, and collage and folded pocket books. Prices vary depending on the session and whether the participant is an adult or child. The festival will also have several talks and demos, including the Secret Lives of Books with Sarah Bodman and Lithography in Britain Today with Oaks Park Printmakers.
