Glide at Battersea Power Station, 10 November – 7 January
Skaters of every level have the space and time to show off their skills at Glide. In association with Jo Malone London, there will be three interconnecting rinks with a spectacular 30ft Christmas tree as its centrepiece. Whatever your level of skating, be it lessons for beginners, or weekend family trips, the rink is a great venue for festive fun. There are also vintage-style fairground rides and live entertainment in The Glass House, and a selection of food and drink venues available at the Grade II listed Power Station which opened its doors to the public for the first time in October 2022.

Ice Skating at Somerset House, 15 November – 14 January
Somerset House has announced that its beautiful SKATE ice rink will be returning for 2023. Set in the courtyard of the stunning 17th century building, this year the ice arena will return as a popular festive destination with Switzerland Tourism.
Skate at Somerset House offers skating, contemporary music, food and drink, Skate School and DJs on the rink-side decks.
Winter Wonderland at Hyde Park, 17 November – 1 January
Winter Wonderland will showcase spectacular family performances such as the circus, adrenaline-fuelled rides and roller coasters, delicious street food, Christmas market shopping, the iconic Giant Wheel, and the UK’s largest outdoor ice rink.
The ice rink is set under a canopy of lights and built around Hyde Park’s iconic Victorian bandstand.

Gliding Around Hampton Court Palace, 17 November – 7 January
Immerse yourself in the quintessential winter experience at Hampton Court Palace Ice Rink. Bundle up in warm layers and you can enjoy the magnificent views of Henry VIII’s Tudor palace.

ICE at Kensington Palace, 30 November – 7 January
Held in the gorgeous grounds of Kensington Palace, there will be a festive tree centrepiece, sustainable food and drink options, in addition to retail outlets offering seasonal products and a mix of games and attractions. It’s rather a glam rink with Cecconi’s, by Soho House, providing a VIP area and Fortnum & Mason as retail partner.
Kingdom of Winter: EXCEL London, 8 December – 7 January
Introducing the ‘ultimate winter wonderland experience’- the indoor ice rink is one of many attractions at the event, offering the opportunity for skaters to glide around the breath-taking beauty of snow-draped landscapes. There is also an immersive trail, fairground rides and festive snacks.
Skylight, Tobacco Dock, from November 10
This real-ice rooftop rink with fabulous views of London is bigger than before. There’s also an igloo village and an après ski lodge.
Wimbledon Quarter, from November 18
From 18th November, you can glide along the glistening ice at the newly renovated Wimbledon Quarter, under the retractable roof in the new courtyard. It’s the only indoor/outdoor weatherproof ice rink experience in south west London!
