Children aged 17 and under can see a show for free as long as they’re accompanied by a paying adult – and additional two children can attend half price! This is the perfect opportunity to introduce your little ones to theatre and experience the beauty in London’s plays, musicals, and other shows! Here are five you can’t miss…

Beauty & the Beast

This classic tale of Beauty & the Beast is a must. This Disney musical invites you to be their guest and experience the exciting set with Belle and the Beast as their love story unfolds. Olivier award-winning for its West End debut, members of the production team have reunited to include all of the beautifully written songs of Alan Menken, Howard Ashman, Tim Rice, Belle, Gaston, Be Our Guest and arguably the most important song, Beauty and the Beast.

Frozen

“Let it Go” (your worries) and come see the adored Frozen musical. The theatre of Royal Drury Lane brings this animated film to life that will give you the chills. Telling the story of Elsa and Anna, your heart will be moved and there will even be a few twists for the most dedicated fan, including new songs that were written by the writers of the infamous “Let it Go”. Don’t miss this jaw-dropping performance.

Grease

Grease Lightning! Grease makes a victorious return to London’s Dominion Theatre. Featuring greaser Danny and the lovely Sandy, you and your young ones can enjoy a magnificent set, including the classic hits of  “Greased Lightnin,’” “Hopelessly Devoted to You,” and “You’re the One That I Want”. The musical is brought to you by a young cast, where the theatre promises that this young crowd brings vitality, energy, and passion to this hit musical.

Mary Poppins

Join the Prince Edward Theatre this month and partake in the classic Mary Poppins. Based on the books by P.L. Travers and the film by Disney, Mary Poppins is double Olivier award-winning. The production features mesmerising choreography, songs, and includes special effects that tell a moving story about friends and family. The popular musical, Wicked, joins Apollo Victoria Theatre for an incredible performance that tells the untold story of the Witches of Oz, including the popular blonde, Glinda, and the green misfit, Elphaba. The play is double Olivier award-winning, and is now the 9th longest running musical in the world. Sit back and relax with your kids while you enjoy the story that is unfolding before your very eyes.
