The Georgian townhouse has recently completed a multimillion pound refurbishment programme, revitalising its Georgian bedrooms, restaurant and bar which will see the hotel stand proud as a Richmond largest hotel establishment.

Designed by K&M award-winning designers who have drawn on Richmond’s unique heritage, the bedrooms feature comfy, hand stitched Heal’s king-size beds, deep free-standing baths, spacious showers, underfloor heating and Nespresso coffee machines, retaining many original Georgian features gives a nod to the past combining the best of all eras!

144 On the Hill launched this spring as an independent, destination restaurant and bar embracing a contemporary, welcoming and timeless identity.

Designed by award-winning Russell Sage Studio, the space has been devised as a place to kick back, brunch, lunch or dine.

144 On the Hill provides series of spaces all effortlessly connected and each dedicated to a different experience, boasting bursts of natural daylight. The Snug is a quiet, comfortable, intimate space for cosy down time; and the bar and lounge offer a upbeat vibe with live music, innovative cocktails, specially selected wines and a medley of delicious small plates.

The newly created restaurant provides an iconic setting for many celebrations, an eclectic combination of locally sourced ingredients, championing Surrey farms, Kent vineyards and local Richmond beekeepers, selected by the Chef to create a robust classic British ‘Turf to Table’ inspired menu that changes with the seasons. With a nod to the local environment the unique menu ranges from much loved British dishes with a twist and sharing plates to appetising vegan dishes, all prepared from scratch by the team of talented chefs.
