The prestigious culinary school is opening its doors

Le Cordon Bleu London, the leading culinary arts and hospitality management school in the UK, have officially opened their 2024 scholarship competition. Aspiring chefs and culinary artists can enter the competition to be in with a chance of receiving a spot in the coveted Grand Diplôme® programme and an internship at CORD by Le Cordon Bleu, as well as accommodation for a year and mentoring by top chef Michel Roux. Altogether the prize is worth over £60,000.

The nine-month Grand Diplôme® combines the art of Diplôme de Cuisine and Diplôme de Pâtisserie, and it recognised around the world for being one of the most leading and prestigious culinary diplomas.

They will also receive mentoring from Michel Roux, work experience with Galvin Restaurants, 12 months accommodation during their studies and a trip to visit the site of fruit and dairy company Andros at Bairs-sur-Cère, in the South-West of France.

There will be an initial online round, followed by personal interviews, and finally a finale at Le Cordon Bleu London, where finalists will be given a prestigious culinary challenge to showcase their skills.
