Recipe:
- 50ml Seedlip Garden
- Sugarsnap peas (Garnish)
- Cucumber (Garnish)
- Top with Fevertree Tonic
Method:
- Add a couple of ice cubes to your glass
- Pour 50ml of Seedlip non-alcholic garden
- Top with Fevertree Tonic
- Ribbon some cucumber and add to the glass
- Finish with sugarsnap peas as a garnish

Recipe:
- 40ml Lillet Rosé
- 20ml Lemon Sherbert
- Top with Soda
Method:
- Combine the Lillet Rose with Lemon Sherbert and top with soda.
- Build in a fancy highball, garnish with a lemon wedge.

Afternoon Rivever, American Bar at The Savoy
Recipe:
- 40ml Seedlip 108
- 30ml Cold Brew Coffee
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- Tonic Water
- 5 Mint Leaves
Method:
- Mix Seedlip 108, Cold Brew Coffee and pink grapefruit juice in a cocktail shaker
- Pour into a highball glass over crushed ice
- Top with tonic water and garnish with a small mint sprig

Raspberry Seedlip, Knight’s Bar at Simpson’s in the Strand
Recipe:
- 40ml Seedlip spice
- 5 drops of citric acid solution
- 40ml fresh cranberry juice. (It works best with fresh pressed because there is loads of juices that have added sugar you need that dry tan I bite of the fresh cranberry)
- 15ml preserved English raspberry syrup.
Method:
- Shake and strain into a wine glass with ice.
- Garnish with a fresh raspberry
