Recipe: Coffee Martini
VERY special… and delicious!
This is an absolutely magical experience; a moment of happiness in a martini glass! You can come and try these, along with the decaffeinated and alcohol-free versions any Friday night at Metronome Morden.
We asked Lil Lontcheva to share two of her magical recipes with us.
Born in Sofia, Bulgarian musician Lil Lontcheva is a classically trained percussionist and an ethno and latin music specialist. The lifelong musician has been performing all her life. Lil was running 2 bars in Bulgaria aged 23 and found a passion for creating cocktails, mirroring her love of composing music. “I always connect cocktails with music, trying the perfect cocktail feels like listening to a perfect tune and the perfect mood moment. This is what my cocktails represent. The moment is a mouth full experience.”
Lil’s Recipe 1:
- 150ml Filter Coffee
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Kahlua
- 15ml Condensed Milk
- 10 ml Irish Syrup
- Ice
- Coffee beans (for garnish)
Method:
- 5-7 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
- Mix in all ingredients and shake while the shaker is almost too cold to hold
- Poor in Martini glass
- Garnish with coffee beans(positioned off centre in a flower shape)
Lil’s Recipe 2:
- 25ml Vodka
- 25ml Baileys
- 25ml Kahlua
- 10ml Irish Syrup
- 150ml Filter Coffee
Method:

- Mix in all ingredients and shake while the shaker is almost too cold to hold
- Poor in Martini glass
- Garnish with coffee beans(positioned off centre in a flower shape)
