Kingston Wellbeing Week

Kingston Wellbeing Week

Free yoga and fitness classes, mental health workshops and special offers

Join in Kingston’s Wellbeing Week from 8 to 14 March. Highlights include the likes of virtual boxing, HIIT sessions, physio advice and financial workshops.

Initiated by Kingston First, the town centre’s business improvement district, the programme will feature virtual events, offers and wellbeing recommendations for people to take advantage of from local businesses and organisations across Kingston.

Says a spokesperson: “Covid-19 has had a huge impact on all of our lives, and with many of us noticing a decline in our mental, physical and financial health since the pandemic began, looking after our wellbeing has never been so important. A range of online sessions will take place throughout the week, from free yoga, Pilates & fitness classes, to mental health workshops and money management advice, all in aid of improving the wellbeing of our local community.”

Local residents are invited to sign up for these events and can find all the details on the In Kingston website. There are also offers from local cafes and restaurants, as well as wellbeing recommendations from Mind in Kingston, Kingston Samaritans, KCIL and Kingston Libraries, all of which can be found online at www.inkingston.co.uk/wellbeingweek.
