Room on the Broom

Room on the Broom comes to Chessington World of Adventures

We review Chessington World of Adventures’ new attraction

Fans of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler’s hit books will be overjoyed by Chessington World of Adventures’ latest attraction. Taking over what was Hocus Pocus Hall, the attraction has a similar premise, with visitors walking though a series of atmospheric rooms…

We asked nine-year-old Toby Lofthouse and six-year-old Elliott Lofthouse to review the new attraction, and

Room on the Broom

the resort’s Gruffalo River Ride….

“I enjoyed the Room on the Broom ride because the special effects were amazing such as animatronic animals and a cauldron shooting out fake colourful smoke. It all makes you feel like you are actually in the book! I also enjoyed the mirror maze at the end.” Toby.

“I liked the Gruffalo River Ride – it was very cool. My favourite part was the way the boat went through a wavy Gruffalo at the end made from water.” Elliott.
