Willington Prep offers an education for life for girls and boys aged 3-11 incorporating the values of kindness, honesty, respect and humility

Located in the heart of Wimbledon, it is an exciting time to be at Willington as we move to become a fully co-educational school after 135 years as a boys school. Welcoming girls into this fantastic learning community makes Willington a truly family-friendly school. Offering a high quality education to all, where pupils are self-confident and happy, we instill the values of kindness, humility, respect and honesty in all that we do.

A broad curriculum is offered from Nursery onwards, led by passionate, supportive teachers, who hold true to the school’s motto, non scholae sed vitae discimus – we do not learn for school, but for life.

Pupils in the Nursery enjoy specialist teaching in music, French and PE and weekly storytime in the library. From Reception onwards, the co-curricular offering broadens to include art, and Games at our nearby playing fields. Latin and drama are taught in Years 5 and 6.

Wrap-around care runs from 7.30am to 6.00pm and we have a rich clubs programme, offering more than 50 clubs and activities across the school.
