Fitness Space

With 50+ classes a week including HiiT, Connect Bikes, Metabolic Conditioning, Yoga and Pilates, there’s something that suits all tastes at Fitness Space Wimbledon. Their gym floor is equipped with Technogym and Blkbox equipment, and they also offer qualified personal training – with a free PT session on your birthday.

Virgin Active

Newly refurbished, Virgin Active Wimbledon is now a state-of-the-art fitness studio and wellness sanctuary, complete with gym, pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and health café. There is an array of classes, including 150 group exercises classes a week, including Reformer Pilates, Lift Club and Sound Bath, not to mention personal training sessions.

Third Space

This luxury health club offers a 45,000 square foot workout arena, a wet spa with a plunge pool, hot and dry Finnish sauna, hot and wet Loyly sauna and bespoke heated loungers. Their HIIT studio features adaptive lighting, surround sound and integrated MyZone technology.

Dan Newman Personal Training

This professional fitness training company has opened three private gyms in Wimbledon – one on the high street complete with two studios, one on Kingston road which comes well-equipped with a sports massage room and open spaces for functional workouts, and another gym adjacent to Wimbledon Chase railway. Their personal trainers can also come to your home, and run regular online classes.

The Gym Group

Located on Broadway Road and just a short walk to Wimbledon Quarter, this gym is ideally located in the centre. They offer a diverse range of classes, including Mind & Body classes, fundamentals, strength & conditioning and cardio.

Anytime Fitness

Newly opened at the end of 2023, Anytime Fitness provides three floors of studio and equipment, including the largest free weights space in Wimbledon, 12 racks and a rooftop training zone. There are 70+ live classes every week plus a dedicated personal training zone.

Nuffield Health

This modern gym offers a studio complete with top notch Technogym equipment and a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. There are also several onsite training and fitness experts who can help guide you through cardio exercises.

Wimbledon Leisure Centre and Spa

Located in a gorgeous Victorian Grade II listed building, Wimbledon Leisure Centre offers a 120-station gym with dedicated cardio, strength, resistance and functional training areas. The 30m pool runs a range of swimming activities for both children and adults, and they also provide the only day spa in Wimbledon, offering a thermal spa and restorative treatments.

Holistic Fitness Studios

Holistic Fitness is one of Wimbledon’s leading martial arts clubs, with a variety of classes on offer including Kickboxing, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. There is also a personal training studio providing one-on-one training sessions, and their experienced instructors are qualified to teach both children and adults.

Wimbledon Racquets and Fitness Club

Wimbledon Racquets and Fitness Club is a not-for-profit organisation providing racquet sports and more general fitness facilities. Their gym comes well-equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and more, as well as a variety of classes including Spin and Boxing, plus saunas in both men’s and women’s changing rooms.

Jiva Health

Jiva Health offers traditional yoga and classical Pilates for posture correction, pain relief, core support and much more. They have regular classes both on-site and online as well as weekly workshops.

Pure Gym

This new gym located on the Broadway nearby to H&M and M&S provides state-of-the-art facilities, a free weights area and a functional area. They offer no contract memberships, with 24/7 access.
