The Schmidt Kitchens Wimbledon Charity Ball raises over £21,000 for local charity STEM4

On 29th November some of South West London’s finest residents and businesses descended upon Cannizaro House Hotel for a Charity Gala dinner and ball organised by the team at Schmidt Kitchens Wimbledon. The glamorous guests were treated to a luxurious champagne reception and comedy from celebrity Ian Irving before enjoying a delicious 3 course meal prepared by the newly accredited AA 3 Rosette Cannizaro Hotel Restaurant.

Money was raised on the night through the raffle, silent auction and nail biting live auction for which the top lot of a fully fitted Schmidt Kitchen worth £25,000 was won by a Mr & Mrs Lambden.

Heather Bechman our Fundraising Lead. It was a wonderful evening and we are so grateful for everyone’s generosity to the Charity. It will be a great investment for our future”

Charley Jones from Schmidt Kitchens said “We are absolutely delighted with the spectacular success of the evening and it makes all of the hard work by all of the team organising the event worthwhile. This event was about giving something back to a community that has accepted us as part of it and raising over £21,000 for STEM4 shows just how much this same community wants to support its local charities. It was incredible to see a room of mostly strangers pull together to make sure that STEM4 can continue improving the lives of local teenagers and their families and we are so proud to be a part of that”
